Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take pictures and send with your notification so that we are able to place a shipping claim on any and all damaged items.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and coffee is considered just that.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. However if you are unsatisfied with the Fresh Roasted Coffee we encourage you to reach out to the team at Headframe Coffee so that we can work with you to make it right.

If you are not satisfied with your Fresh Roasted Coffee please reach out to the team at Headframe Coffee so that we can work with you to make it right.


Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (hopefully it wont take 10 days). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@headframecoffees.com.
