Fridays are Roast Days! Fresh roasted coffee needs to rest. Your orders will be available for in-store pick up on the next day, Saturday. All orders being shipped will be shipped on Saturdays. Roastery Hours Friday & Saturday 9-5pm Sunday 9-3pm Come on in! Try our roasts and pick some up to take home. Created and perfected by our local Copper Miners. The coffee needed to fuel them from sun up to sun down and still provide a little extra for taking care of chickens.

Our Copper Blend is composed of the best Ethiopian and Colombian that we could get our hands on. Leaving you with a sweet spice and a delicate crisp, upon a chocolaty blackberry undertone.
